This is our list for this week.
1. Tacos with Spanish rice and refried beans
2. Nachos (we put chicken, caned black beans, tomatoes, corn, cilantro, cheese and
seasoning on top of lime chips. Super easy!)
3. Baked potato with Brazilian Strogonoff (Tim's idea, lol)
4. Brazilian Strogonoff with rice
5. Baked potatoes with salmon and broccoli (the salmon that is $5 at Walmart, lol)
6. Chicken Cordon Blue with Au gratin potatoes (this one is easy too, just have to put everything in the oven.
7. Rice, chicken and broccoli casserole
I know, we eat a lot of broccoli, lol...
8. Manicotti with cheese bread and peas. (ok, this one is a new one I found at Walmart last time. There's a frozen manicotti by the frozen breads and it was around $2,40. It only came with 4 manicottis, but I still thought it was super cheap. I bought two and some frozen cheese bread. All for about $7,00 and we had it last night. Super good and very worth the time. Just add some tomato sauce and put in the oven...dinner!)
9. Roast with potatoes and carrots with rice (usually for Sundays)
10. Butterfly pasta with Alfredo sauce and asparagus (it was on sale). Last time I had some frozen shrimp and I cooked the shrimp with the Alfredo sauce. It was really good.
I like your meal ideas ;)
